Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $75 within the continental United States.
(Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories.)

Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?

Because processing begins immediately, we’re unable to cancel or edit any order once it’s submitted.
Please double-check your items and shipping address before completing your purchase.

Where is my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to begin showing movement.

Can I change the shipping address?

We are unable to modify shipping addresses once an order has been placed.
Please ensure all details are correct at checkout.

Processing & Delivery Times

DivineDews prepares each order with care to ensure your products arrive safely and with intention. 

At checkout, you may select your preferred shipping option:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after your order has been shipped.
  • Priority Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days after your order has been shipped.

Please note that shipping timeline begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. DivineDews is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address details.

Lost or Stolen Packages

DivineDews is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is missing, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact care@divinedewsco.com

within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Our team will review your request and assist you accordingly.
