What is your return policy?

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare and beauty products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.
However, we gladly provide store credit for eligible U.S. returns. Store credit never expires.

Eligible Returns (U.S. Only)

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

  • The item is returned within 30 days

  • A $5 restocking fee applies

Not Eligible for Return

  • Opened or used products

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

Refunds

Refunds (for eligible returns) are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

How do I start a return or exchange?

  1. Email care@divinedewsco.com with your order number.

  2. Ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging.

  3. Receive your prepaid return label (U.S. only).

  4. Ship the item back — store credit is issued once inspected.
